What we collect
When you use our estimate tool we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and the hedge preferences and map drawings you submit. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to generate your estimate, email it to you, schedule and perform your installation, process payments, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and mapping (Google Maps) — each under their own privacy terms.
California privacy rights
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. Email hello@socalhedge.example and we'll process your request within the statutory window. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Retention
Lead and project records are kept as long as needed for the project and any warranty period, then for the retention periods required by California contracting and tax law.
