Estimates are estimates
The online estimate tool produces a good-faith fixed-price estimate based on satellite measurement of the hedge line you draw and the species and size you select. It is not a binding contract price. Your project is confirmed by a written home improvement contract compliant with California law before any work begins. If a site condition materially differs from what satellite imagery shows, we will re-quote before proceeding and refund your deposit in full if you decline.
Payments
Deposits are capped at 10% of the contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, per California Business & Professions Code §7159. Progress payments follow the schedule in your contract: 40% due one day before installation (covering material acquisition and crew scheduling) and the balance due on completion and your approval. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
Three-day right to cancel
California law gives you the right to cancel a home improvement contract within three business days of signing (five for seniors). Your contract includes the required notice and cancellation form.
Warranty
Installed trees are warranted to establish when maintained per our written care guidelines, including operating the irrigation we install. Warranty terms and exclusions are detailed in your contract.
Site use
The site and estimate tool are provided as-is for obtaining quotes for your own property. Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent our pricing. Map imagery is provided by Google and subject to Google's terms.
