The fastest privacy hedge is one that arrives already grown. Boxed trees — up to our 36-inch box, the largest size we plant — stand as tall as 10 to 12 feet at install, which means the screening you want exists the same day the crew packs up.
How it works
Trees are hand-tagged at wholesale growers, trucked in, and set with mini-skid assistance. The line is trenched and amended, each tree set plumb at 3–5 foot centers, staked, tied into drip if added, and every scrap hauled off. Even at estate scale, most lines are planted in one day.
What it costs
About $366 per foot in 36-inch boxes at three-foot spacing, the same price whatever species you choose — real numbers in the pricing guide, exact numbers from your drawn line. A small, refundable deposit reserves your install; the balance is due as the work happens, never all up front.
When it's worth it
New-neighbor construction overlooking your pool. A sale or event on a deadline. Or simply refusing to spend three summers waiting. Privacy has a time value; boxed trees are how you buy it.
